Management of the relationship with users of the Salusex Group website.

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept indefinitely.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legitimization is based on Article 9.h of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): “The processing is necessary for the purposes of providing assistance or treatment of a healthcare nature” and Article 9.j of the same Regulation: “The processing is necessary for the purposes of scientific research”.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

No data will be transferred to third parties unless required by law.

• Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not the Universitat Jaume I is processing personal data concerning him/her.
• Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request the deletion of such data, among other reasons, when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• In certain circumstances provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR, the persons concerned may request the limitation of the processing of their data. In this case, it will only be kept for the purpose of exercising or defending claims.
• Under the right to portability, data subjects have the right to obtain their personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another responsible person.
• In certain circumstances provided for in Article 21 of the GDPR, data subjects may request to object to the processing, provided that there are no compelling legitimate grounds for the processing or to exercise or defend claims.

You can exercise your rights before the General Secretariat of the Universitat Jaume I through the Electronic Registry (https://ujiapps.uji.es/reg/rest/publicacion/solicitud_generica) or, in person, at the Information and Registry Office (InfoCampus), located in the Ágora Universitaria – Locales 14-15.

You may obtain additional information about your rights or file a complaint, if you consider it appropriate, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
