ABSTRACT

CASDA has been working and configuring part of the associative network of the Castelló’s entities for 24 years. The entity’s programs are divided into 5 large areas: Awareness, Care, Training, Prevention and Employment integration. We have always worked with the LGBTI collective, specifically with the MSM population, in the prevention field. For more than five years, we have been adapting and expanding our action field, covering the entire LGBTI population, thanks in part to the comprehensive “LGTBI ORIENTA” service (which is managed by ourselves), and the different diversity equality programs that nowadays are. These actions range from training sessions and talks, to direct assistance for vulnerable people of suffering some type of discrimination and/or assaults.

Moises has always worked in the associative and activist areas. In 2017, he started working in CASDA, where he is a technician of the programs that make up the equality in diversity area, and the MSMGB collective; in addition to carrying out communication manager tasks. Previously he worked as an assistant director in the “ArteSOSlidario” association. Furthermore, he carried out several projects for the Andalusian Institute for Women, including the project for the empowerment of women in rural women “MUJERES”. He has also chaired the cultural association “Volver a sonreír”, and worked as an equality technician in the caregiver’s association “Indalica”.
